The Meadow DUMBO invites you to celebrate the Winter Solstice Festival at our studio. Winter Solstice marks a brief and magical still point for the sun on the shortest and darkest day in the Northern Hemisphere. The day presents us with a powerful metaphor for hope. It’s a time to cultivate inner fortitude as we face the darkness of the onset of winter.
The Meadow’s Solstice Circle will bring you the warmth of candlelight and community, as well as an opportunity to set intentions and generate your own internal rays of resilience. Our sharing circle will include a guided meditation, reflection time, and a creative practice that will set the course for our powerful presence in the coming year.
Our Winter Solstice Circle will take place on Sunday, December 20th from 4 to 6 PM. Light refreshments will be provided.
